YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy & your enquiry
We use the information you share to answer your questions, plan your project and support your system.
Who is responsible
Riccolo Ltd, trading as Riccolo, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or a request about your information, email info@riccolo.co.uk.
What you share with us
Our forms ask for your name, email, optional phone number, location and project or support details. We use these to respond, prepare a proposal or provide the support you request. Please do not include passwords, alarm codes or other sensitive information.
Why we use it
We process project enquiries to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and customer support information to perform our agreement with you. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and keeping relevant correspondence. A project enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
Website services
Cloudflare provides website hosting and processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Online forms use Web3Forms when enabled; information submitted through those forms is processed by that service and delivered to the configured Riccolo inbox. Supplier terms apply to their processing, including any international transfers.
Brand videos are provided by YouTube. No YouTube player is loaded until you press play. Playing a video connects to YouTube and may involve its cookies or storage. This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry and support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project, and where records must be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Web3Forms has a separate submission-retention policy; see its privacy information ↗. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion, restriction or transfer where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@riccolo.co.uk to make a request. You can raise a concern with IMY in Sweden ↗ or the ICO in the UK ↗.
